Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and construction site preparation
- Operate light machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
