Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, landscaping, and infrastructure maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in road repair, drainage system installation, and park development
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public improvement projects
- Document work progress and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
