Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and asphalt repair
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, compactors) with proper training
- Maintain public spaces (parks, sidewalks, drainage systems)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance logs
- Participate in emergency weather response deployments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Tulsa residency preferred (not required)
