Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, loaders) with proper certification
- Assist in road repair, sewer maintenance, and park development
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurement
