Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment (saws, jackhammers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Maintain and clean job sites to meet safety standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction and maintenance tasks
- Load/unload materials and tools for daily operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all OSHA and city safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Minneapolis
- Commitment to weekly work schedule (40+ hours/week)
