Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure projects (roads, parks, drainage)
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, compactors)
- Maintain construction sites and equipment
- Assist with emergency storm response
- Follow OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
