Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including street cleaning, park maintenance, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, trucks) following safety protocols
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations during winter months

- Collaborate with team members to prioritize daily work assignments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record

- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment operation

- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous public works or construction experience preferred
