Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
- Assist in street maintenance, landscaping, and snow and ice removal operations.
- Operate light construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Excavate, dig, trench, and fill sites as required by project specifications.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reporting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
