Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in construction/maintenance projects
- Operate light machinery (saws, drills, compactors)
- Install/repair public infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, drainage)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Assist during emergency response operations
- Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness
- Document daily work activities and materials usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic math/measurement skills
- No felony convictions
- Pass pre-employment physical/drug screen
- Reliable transportation to varied job sites
