Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, graders)
- Perform road maintenance and construction tasks
- Conduct stormwater system inspections and repairs
- Assist in park and facility upkeep projects
- Follow OSHA safety standards and protocols
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Document work activities and project progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Indiana driver's license (Class A/B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to worksites
