Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and compactors under supervision
- Assist in repairing roads, sidewalks, and public infrastructure
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Participate in stormwater management and drainage system maintenance
- Collaborate with crew members on daily project assignments
- Complete basic documentation and equipment inspection logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
