Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Assist in construction and repair of sidewalks, streets, and drainage systems
- Maintain public facilities and grounds following safety protocols
- Participate in emergency response during weather-related incidents
- Complete training modules to develop skills in equipment operation and safety
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4-6 weeks)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
