Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on public parks, streets, and municipal facilities
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment including trucks, mowers, and hand tools
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system inspections
- Support emergency response during weather-related incidents
- Conduct site assessments and document maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- 1+ years in maintenance or construction preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or infrastructure systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
