Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Valid Class C Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction, landscaping, or maintenance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
