Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on city facilities, parks, and infrastructure
- Operate heavy machinery including graders, dump trucks, and street sweepers
- Respond to emergency repairs during inclement weather
- Conduct routine inspections of public assets and document findings
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for project coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years maintenance experience
- Valid Colorado Class B CDL with airbrakes endorsement
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Proficiency in hydraulic systems and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
