Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment for road repair and infrastructure projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on public facilities and stormwater systems
- Respond to emergency service requests within specified timeframes
- Conduct safety inspections and implement OSHA-compliant procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on urban development projects
- Document maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) mandatory
- Minimum 2 years heavy equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Pass background check and drug screening
