Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on city streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including trucks, loaders, and snow removal vehicles
- Conduct inspections and repairs on traffic signals, streetlights, and signage
- Execute seasonal tasks like snow removal, street sweeping, and park upkeep
- Document work activities using digital reporting systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B
- Minimum 2 years equipment operation experience
- Certification in basic heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and physical exam
