Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects including road maintenance and water systems
- Oversee budget allocation for public works initiatives ($2M+ annually)
- Coordinate with city council and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead cross-departmental emergency response teams
- Implement sustainable urban development practices
- Supervise 15+ technical staff members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration
- 5+ years government/municipal management experience
- MO Class A Wastewater Operator certification preferred
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and infrastructure software
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Demonstrated FEMA incident command experience
