Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in public works
- PMP or Ohio PE certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and municipal construction codes
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets over $1M
