Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery for municipal infrastructure projects
- Perform routine inspections of public facilities and roadways
- Respond to emergency storm and snow removal operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams on urban development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety regulations
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Support community outreach programs for public infrastructure awareness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CDL Class B license with airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years heavy equipment operation experience
- Certification in municipal infrastructure maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
