Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators with existing AI infrastructure
- Research and implement novel quantum-inspired optimization techniques for large-scale datasets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Author white papers and patents on quantum-AI convergence methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI/ML systems using TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields (Nature/Science/IEEE level)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., MIT Quantum, IBM Q Network)
