Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging AI/ML frameworks for complex problem-solving
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance for real-world applications
- Develop scalable solutions for cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier scientific journals
- Drive ethical AI development frameworks for quantum technologies
- Secure and manage partnerships with quantum hardware providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
