Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for enhanced computational efficiency
- Collaborate on quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computing
- Lead research initiatives in quantum natural language processing and generative models
- Translate theoretical quantum AI concepts into practical implementations using Qiskit and Cirq
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in emerging quantum AI domains
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development and quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq) with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum circuits, and quantum information theory
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical AI
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning (arXiv or peer-reviewed)
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical applications
