Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks for unsupervised learning systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical optimization algorithms
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of quantum-resistant cryptography
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing grants
- Mentor PhD interns from MIT/Stanford quantum programs
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum error correction pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and TensorFlow Quantum
- Proficiency with quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of securing NSF/NIH quantum grants
- Strong background in tensor network simulations
