Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at room temperature
- Create patent-pending algorithms for quantum-enhanced natural language processing systems
- Establish industry standards for quantum AI security and ethical deployment frameworks
- Present breakthrough research at global tech summits including Quantum Computing World Forum 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (e.g., Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
