Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with physicists and software engineers to hybrid classical-quantum workflows
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive open-source quantum algorithm development initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum pilot programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuits
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in distributed systems and low-latency networking
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Track record of translating complex quantum concepts into business applications
