Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise AI optimization
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and simulation breakthroughs
- Collaborate with hardware teams to engineer qubit coherence and connectivity solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor quantum engineering talent in emerging topological computing techniques
- Publish research in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmaps
