Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving complex optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in prototype development
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction methodologies
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Drive patent development in quantum hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or trapped-ion systems
- Strong knowledge of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
