Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale fault-tolerant systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor quantum engineers in advanced superposition and entanglement techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM/AWS/Google)
