- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Document quantum circuit specifications and performance benchmarks
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and gate-level optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
