Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks for quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms

- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical business solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in R&D environments
