Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 10,000+ qubit configurations
- Develop error correction frameworks achieving >99.9% logical qubit fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise AI optimization
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and material simulation
- Architect cryogenic control systems supporting quantum coherence at 15mK
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-computational thinking
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
