Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-hybrid computing integration
- Create quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Research novel quantum materials at 10-nanometer scale
- Optimize quantum machine learning models for enterprise deployment
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation
- Experience with quantum annealing hardware (D-Wave, IBM Q)
- Security clearance preferred for defense-adjacent projects
