Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with >100 qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity for commercial applications
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government grants
