As a key member of our Future Technologies division, you'll work alongside Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical, scalable architectures. You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected qubit systems, quantum neural networks, and hybrid quantum-classical computing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical computing infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to implement quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theories
