Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization
- Design error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum mechanics
- Secure $500k+ in NSF/DARPA grants
- Collaborate with IBM/Google quantum cloud teams
- Present findings at Davos/WEF summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science
- 3+ years quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published work in top-tier journals
- Experience with superconducting qubits
- Expertise in quantum error correction
- Strong Python/C++ skills
- Security clearance preferred
