- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals and industry conferences
- Translate quantum research into patentable IP and commercial prototypes
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and foster quantum computing talent pipeline
- Collaborate with policy teams on quantum ethics and security frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing breakthroughs in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Successful record securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
