Responsibilities
- Lead development of quantum algorithms for AI optimization and complex system modeling
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on next-gen quantum communication protocols
- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from federal and private institutions

- Drive quantum supremacy applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
