Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for quantum computing innovations
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
- Present findings at international conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
- Drive adoption of quantum computing solutions in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years post-doctoral experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum simulation and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Track record of securing $500K+ in government or corporate research grants
