Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Publication record in Nature/Science or IEEE Transactions
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware
- Security clearance eligibility (for government contracts)
- Prior experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
