Responsibilities

- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Advise product teams on quantum computing integration strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Passion for ethical quantum development frameworks
