Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures

- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuits
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at premier quantum conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and implementation strategies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in quantum information theory, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning in peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
