Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate on quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead experimental quantum hardware testing in cryogenic environments
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure patents for quantum encryption methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
