Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize complex data trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes for federal agencies.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including OMB Circular A-123 and NIST standards.
- Document data processes and create technical reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector or government contracting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
