Nexus Horizon is seeking a visionary Senior AGI Research Scientist to lead our core R&D division. You will be responsible for architecting the next generation of neural architectures and ensuring our systems operate with unprecedented cognitive flexibility and ethical alignment.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical breakthroughs and scalable engineering solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse team of philosophers, engineers, and data scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible in machine consciousness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation AGI models, focusing on reasoning, planning, and adaptability.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures that exceed current state-of-the-art performance benchmarks.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AGI capabilities into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Present complex technical findings to internal stakeholders and the scientific community.
- Oversee the training pipelines and data infrastructure required for large-scale model deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in deep learning.
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Strong background in NLP and multimodal reasoning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading research teams and managing complex technical projects.
