Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time learning.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities, including integration of quantum computing elements into standard ML pipelines.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead efforts to reduce inference costs and latency in large-scale transformer models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI concepts into deployable software solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct deep-dive research into novel neural network architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- 2026 Readiness: Deep understanding of current trends in Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and Agent-based architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
