Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of high-level system architectures for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to integrate cutting-edge algorithms and emerging technologies into production environments.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with our long-term vision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and innovate under pressure.
