Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing our platform.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex distributed systems, focusing on deep learning models and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks to improve performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
