Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers to integrate AI models into real-world applications.
- Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines within all architectural designs.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) that can be integrated into our core stack.
- Drive the migration strategy for legacy systems to modern, cloud-native AI architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
