Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and data processing infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of complex models, ensuring low-latency and high-accuracy performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
